Can I stay?
Not usually; most dogs settle faster once you've gone. For a puppy's first visit, you can stay for the bath.
How long will it take?
Small dogs about 2 hours, a standard poodle about 3½. We text when your dog is about 15 minutes from ready.
What if my dog is matted?
We brush for up to 15 minutes. Past that, we call you and wait for your yes before clipping shorter or charging more.
How young can a puppy start?
From 12 weeks, after the second vaccinations. The first visit is short: bath, face, feet, nails.
What if my dog bites or panics?
Tell us in your note; we'll be honest if we're the right place. If a dog panics, we stop and finish another day.
