New patients

Nobody has ever been told off in this building.

If it has been eight years, we already know — the teeth tell us before you do.

There is no lecture at the end of it.

Your first visit

Forty-five minutes, and no treatment on day one.

01

A conversation first

What you are worried about, what has happened before, and what you want out of it. Nothing goes near your mouth yet.

02

The examination

Teeth, gums, bite and soft tissue, plus X-rays if you have not had them recently. You see every image on the screen as we go.

03

The plan, in writing

Ordered by what actually matters, with costs against each line and a clear note of what can safely wait.

04

You go away and think

Book the next appointment when you are ready. The quote stands for six months and we will not chase you.

Paying for it

We bill your insurer directly.

Bupa, Denplan, AXA Health, Vitality, Cigna, WPA, Simplyhealth and Aviva are all handled in-house — you do not pay up front and claim it back. For anything over £500 we can split the cost across three months at no interest.

We are a private practice and do not hold an NHS contract. If you need NHS care we will tell you plainly and point you somewhere that has capacity.

If you are dreading it

Say so when you book.

We will give you a longer slot, a quieter time of day, and a signal to stop that we actually honour. A free fifteen-minute chat first, with nothing in your mouth, is available to anyone who wants one.

Next step

Book in under a minute.

Pick a time online, or call and speak to Nell — an actual person at an actual desk, not a queue.
