Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the command line tool, the hosted collector, and the web application — together, the Service. By installing the CLI or creating an account you agree to them. If you are agreeing on behalf of a company, you confirm you have the authority to do so.

Your account

You are responsible for everything that happens under your ingest keys. Rotate them with stdout keys rotate if you suspect one has leaked.

• Keep keys out of version control and out of client-side bundles.
• One human per login. Share a project, never a password.
• Tell us within 72 hours if you believe an account has been compromised.

Acceptable use

1. Do not send us data you do not have the right to store.
2. Do not use the Service to attack, probe, or overload anyone, ourselves included.
3. Do not resell raw access to the hosted collector.

We will suspend an account that puts the Service or other customers at risk — and we will always tell you why.

We may change these terms. Material changes are announced in the changelog and by email at least 30 days before they take effect.

Privacy Policy

We collect the least we can operate on. The CLI makes exactly one outbound connection — the one that carries your logs — and ships no usage analytics of its own.

What we store

To export or delete everything we hold on you, write to [email protected]. We answer within 30 days, usually the same week.
