The six things support is asked about most, in the order they come up.
The e-ink refresh has stalled. Hold the button on the base for five seconds and the face redraws. If it is still blank after that, the panel has failed and the repair is covered.
Give it a week. Both the volatile-organics index and the carbon dioxide baseline need roughly seven days of ordinary use before the numbers mean anything.
Nimbus One is 2.4 GHz only. If your router publishes one network name across both bands, split them temporarily during setup, or join it to the guest network and move it afterwards.
Automatic baseline correction has re-zeroed against a wrong low. Put the device outside for twenty minutes, then run Settings → Sensors → Calibrate manually. If the room never gets fresh air, turn automatic correction off entirely.
Your phone and the monitor are on different networks — usually a guest SSID or a separate IoT VLAN. Discovery uses mDNS, which most guest networks deliberately block.
Moulded into the base, just below the wall-mount keyhole, prefixed NB1‑. You will need it for a warranty claim, and support will ask for it first.
