We have no store there. Everything on eBay is second-hand or a grey import, and neither carries a warranty from us.
Copies using our packaging have turned up on marketplaces since March. A genuine unit has its serial moulded into the base — raised plastic you can feel — beginning NB1‑, and it registers in the app. A printed sticker is the tell.
If yours will not register, send us the serial and where you bought it. We will tell you what you have, and if it is a fake we will help you get your money back whether or not you bought it from us.
