Two partners, three carpenters, one kind of house

We’ve renovated houses built between 1900 and 1950 since 2011. Five people, about twelve jobs a year, and one of the two of us on every site.

Why only old houses

A 1920s house is full of surprises: plaster over lath, wiring from three different decades, floors that aren’t level and never were. Most crews price that as risk. We price it as Tuesday.

Doing one kind of house is how we can give you a fixed price and keep it.
